We’re a family-owned and operated venue, built by a mother and daughter and run with the same care and intention we put into our own family’s most important moments. This isn’t just a business to us—it’s something we’ve built together, and that personal connection shows in every wedding and event we host. We’re hands-on, attentive, and genuinely invested in making each celebration feel special and stress-free.

Beyond that, we’re not just a venue—we’re an operating ranch. Our property is home to livestock and wide-open spaces, giving you an authentic North Texas ranch experience you simply can’t replicate at a traditional venue. From the natural setting to the peaceful atmosphere, everything here feels real, grounded, and full of character.

What makes our venue different?


Our wedding packages are simple and affordable:

  • 1-day rental (under 40): $1,000

  • 1-day rental (over 40): $2,000

  • 3-day weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday): $3,000

All packages include access to the ranch with indoor and outdoor spaces, tables, and chairs. Add-ons and upgrades are available to customize your day.

what are your rental fees?


We can comfortably accommodate up to 170 guests, depending on your layout and setup.

Our space is designed to be flexible, with both indoor and outdoor areas, so we can adjust seating and flow to fit your vision—whether you’re planning something more intimate or a larger celebration.

What is your capacity?


We do ask that you schedule a tour in advance

Because we’re a private property, we want to make sure someone is available to personally show you around, answer your questions, and walk you through everything we offer.

do i need to schedule a tour or can i just drop by?


You’re welcome to bring in your own vendors—we don’t lock you into a required list. That means you can choose:

  • Your own caterer

  • Photographer & videographer

  • DJ or live band

  • Florist

  • Planner or coordinator

This gives you the freedom to stay within budget and create a wedding that truly fits your style. And if you’re looking for recommendations, we’re always happy to suggest trusted local vendors we’ve worked with before.

What are my vendor choices?


Most guests stay in nearby towns like Bridgeport and Decatur, where you’ll find comfortable, affordable options such as:

  • Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Bridgeport

  • Rodeway Inn Decatur

  • Holiday Inn Express & Suites Decatur

  • La Quinta Inn & Suites Bridgeport

These are all within about a 10–20 minute drive from Alvord and offer easy access for wedding guests.

If you’re looking for something more private or “ranch-style,” there are also local Air Bnbs. These are great for families or wedding parties who want to stay together and enjoy a more relaxed, local feel.

what lodging options are available in the area?


Our payment structure is simple and straightforward

To reserve your date, we require a deposit at the time of booking. Once your deposit is received, your date is officially secured on our calendar.

The remaining balance for the venue rental is due in full 30 days prior to your event date.

how are payments structured?

how do you handle alcohol?

We’re a BYOB venue

Beer and wine can be self-served, but if liquor is served, it must be handled by a TABC-certified bartender.


Schedule a tour or inquire first – We’ll show you the property, answer questions, and confirm availability.

Choose your date & package – Once you’ve found the right fit, we’ll check calendar availability with you.

Sign your contract & pay your deposit – Your date is officially reserved once the agreement is signed and the deposit is received.

Start planning your day! – We’ll stay in touch to help you bring everything together.

how do i book a date?


You’re welcome to:

  • Bring in your own licensed caterer

  • Work with local Wise County / North Texas caterers

  • Choose styles like BBQ, buffet, plated meals, or drop-off catering

  • Or go casual with food trucks (very popular here!)

what catering options are available?


If rain is in the forecast, we can easily move your ceremony and/or reception to our indoor space, which still captures that cozy, rustic ranch feel. We’ll work with you ahead of time to create a backup plan you feel good about, so there are no last-minute surprises.

Rain or shine, your day will still be beautiful—we’ve got you covered.
